Birth Planning Consultation
Many people have told me that they shy away from making plans for their birth because they have been told time and time again that they will have no control over what happens. I don't believe that. Entera Doula can guide you through the process of organizing all of the information and resources you have been collecting to help you develop your own preferences, hopes, and opinions about your upcoming birth, review evidence-based birth practices, discuss common policies and procedures at your chosen birth-place, and teach you how to make informed, empowered choices about your care. At the end of this 2-hour consultation we will create a customized birth preferences document that clearly articulates your preferences about the care you want for you and your baby during labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period.
